I'm a Devon-bred boy (Exeter, actually, from the age of 7 onwards) and the references are totally believable and have the ring of absolute truth and credibility. Naomi is TOTALLY recognisable as one of the artsy "aged hippies" that my dad hung/still hangs out with. (my dad's quote - he actually said middle-aged hippies but that was about 20 years ago, so... yeah...) <br /><br />I think I'd like to read this one very much, purely because that extract has just nailed it so well in such a few words.
